Peugeot 308 GTI

For this shoot of the Peugeot 308 GTI I decided to use a location that had been going through my mind for a while: the old Eemshaven-circuit. It’s the only temporary street circuit in the North of the Netherlands, and has been in use since 1982, mainly for motorcycle races. Unfortunately races stopped back in 2008 and some of the roads that form the circuit will disappear in the near future.

Volvo S80 1.6D DRIVe Momentum

Yes, you read the title correctly, in it’s recent eco-spree Volvo decided to put the 1.6D engine out of the Ford Focus in its flagship. Sure, being able to do 1400km on 1 tank of diesel is great, but I found it to be a bit discomforting that I had to look down at the gear lever to be sure I selected 3rd and not 5th whilst overtaking a semi truck… :o

The pics were shot in Eemshaven and needless to say it was frickin’ cold near the sea! :D
